Worked great last year.... Now does not

Flash alert worked great on my IPhone 5 last year and was a big help as I drive a school bus and it is nice to have a heads up about snow days etc.
But now on my IPhone 6 it does nothing when I enter my correct username and password (and yes they ARE the correct ones).
The logo that you tap to continue appears to be broken as it gives the options to "cut, copy, paste, etc." rather then simply accepting the entered username and password.
