No Notifications

We have been using FA for several years with reasonable success. Unfortunately, after switching to a new IPhone, I no longer get push notifications. The new one is a 5s. Ive tried deleting and reregistering, and the site shows my phone. Ive emailed with their tech support, and after checking all the settings, the answer given to me was that another app or program must be interfering. Okay...no fix? Apparently not. Not even a suggestion as to what might be interfering, since all the apps I have were on my old phone, except for the ones Apple added to the 5s and most recent updates. Does FA just not work with Apple anymore? Frustrating!! Especially the non response in the end.
