Cant create account

When you try to make an account it tells you you have to chose an organization first, which takes you away from creating an account. Then when you finish selecting an organization it takes you to the login screen which you cannot log in because you still dont have an account. So you go to create an account and it gives you the same bull shot about choosing an organization. What crap. I cant believe this is what my kids school chose to use.
